Shipping policy

We strive to pack your orders and ship them out to you as quickly as possible. All orders placed before 2pm EST will be shipped out next business day, unless it is a holiday.

Shipping in Canada

We offer free standard shipping for most orders $100 and up, anywhere in Canada. Orders under $100 are a flat rate of $10 to anywhere in Canada (with exceptions). Orders in Canada are shipped via Canada Post or UPS.

Local Delivery

We offer free same day local delivery within Ottawa, Canada if orders are placed before 2pm EST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2pm or over the weekend will be delivered next business day.

Local Pickup

We offer local pickup at our store at 1198 Bank St in Ottawa. Orders can typically be picked up same day. Orders are typically ready for pick up within 4 hours or less.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via Canada Post or UPS. There are various options and rates provided at checkout.
