Scrutator Sample Rate and Bit Reducer (Used)

The Scrutator is a Sample Rate and Bit Reducer pedal. External control over any combination of Rate, Bit, Filter, and Q controls (via expression pedal or control voltage), and a switchable 2 pole bandpass or lowpass filter allows for extreme creative possibilities. 

This pedal is in great condition! It can be powered with a 9V Center Negative cable, not included. Come and give it a try in-store!
